The movie is total bait for horny teenagers
Since we are all locked down in some way or another due to this bloody covid crap, there's no perfect time like the present to get into a few different TV shows and movies.
When it hits 7pm in our household its BYE BYE kids and HELLO adult time. Now before your minds go wandering off, I do not mean that kind of Netflix and Chill, I mean Netflix and Chill.
I am one of those who will happily rewatch boxsets such as One Tree Hill and Dawsons Creek? Why? Because I fucking love it.
I love me a chick flick and girlie boxset (although I do know guys who like One Tree Hill too). You could even say I am obsessed with OTH, my kids are called Hailey and Nathan after all. I don't know what it is about old series like One Tree Hill and Dawson's Creek...... I just find it so comforting and easy going but it still has me craving for the next episode (even after watching them a zillion times).
So these are my favourites:

One Tree Hill - I watched the entire series again in 2019 when I was pregnant and extremely unwell (A story for another blog).
Dawson's Creek - So were you Team Dawson or Team Pacey? #teampacey
The Big C - Please don't tell me you haven't seen this!!! So it's about cancer, now hold on a minute, come back, give it a chance, I promise after one episode you will go on a bingefest. This series is based around melanoma cancer but with comedy! I laughed so much watching this series but I also cried because in 2011 my mum died from this exact cancer at the age of 47 (that's another blog for another time). Watch this video, it makes me laugh every time.
Bridgerton - Holy shit, talk about HOT. My neighbour said to give it a go and I did see it on Netflix and thought "nope, not me". I was wrong.

Friends - No need to explain this one, total classic.
You Me Her - Again, HOT. Married couple, become a triangle. Need I say more?
Prison Break - Wentworth Miller eat your heart out. Lincoln was a possible boy name for us too but I lived for the love story of course.
It's not just series I like to repeatedly watch, it's movies too. Here's a few that spring to mind:
Twilight - I watch these movies once a year and I am not ashamed. I only watched them about 6 years ago so I was on the late train. Whenever I do get to that time of the year I normally message my friend Jade and that then either flicks a switch for her to watch them all again or she's beat me to it already!
Mean Girls - When you and your friend/work pal quote it constantly while laughing in hysterics but no one else knows what either of you are going on about.
Pearl Harbour - Oh the love story in this melts me like Olaf in Frozen ( yes I referenced Frozen). Josh Harnett back then was such a hunk!
Titanic - No brainer, it's not long enough haha!
The Parent Trap - Such a feel-good movie. Fun Fact: Ben fancied Lohan in this movie... anyone else?
The Holiday - I try to save this for nearer Christmas time
7 pounds - Such an awesome Will Smith movie
Sweet Home Alabama - Love a Reese Witherspoon movie. Told ya I liked my chickflicks

Cruel Intentions - Reese again! I even owned the movie's soundtrack CD. One website says "At the time (1999), it was still relatively revolutionary to see two people of the same sex kissing in a mainstream movie." They also said "The movie is total bait for horny teenager" - Guess that sums that one up then haha!
Crazy Stupid Love - I'm not sure who I love more, Emma Stone or Ryan Gosling?
If I sat here writing any longer, the list would be never-ending but these, in particular, I can watch over and over and over again.
What's a series or movie that you are never sick of watching? Leave a comment :)
